Since the program isn't installed, there isn't a scan to PC for that machine option available, the other PC in the office does show up as does my laptop if I temporarily install the software from HP. Printer firmware is updated and the pc is the latest windows 10 updates. The Hp Printer repair tool will see the printer, and state its not installed and if you allow it to install, does the same broken install.
